Megamok 4086 Tibetan Red

This new 2-eyed 'desert boot' with mirror seam across the toe fits right into the MAG design tradition. Megamok 4086 in trendy Tibetan Red is inspired by the green of the Flower Power era and one of the new colors of winter 2024. They are made of premium nubuck leather. This leather is naturally (organically) tanned, soft, sturdy and durable. The outer surface of the leather is gently sanded making it soft to the touch and supple. The leather has a full thickness and is durable and strong. Organically tanned leather is environmentally friendly, but also skin-friendly because no metals and chemicals are used in its production. Ideal for slightly more sensitive feet! Trendy are the short fringes with studs in “old gold” on the side that give a playful effect without dominating. The mirror seam gives the shoes a dressy and artisanal look.

Desert boots originated during World War II. English soldiers in the Sahara at that time needed less heavy, flexible shoes to move well in the heat and loose sand. Later, this type of shoe became very popular and actually one of the first casual fashion shoes for everyday use. It is a shoe that comes in handy 12 months of the year.
