Fair price guarantee
Do you sometimes get annoyed when you buy something and the price is already lower the next day? That is why MAG offers the Fair Price Guarantee. This means that you are entitled to the price difference if the item you bought has been reduced in price.
The conditions for the money return are:
- The price change ocurred withing 7 days of your purchase;
- There are still shoes available on our website in the size you bought.
How do I get my money back?
1. Check the date of your purchase
This information can be found on your invoice or order confirmation and usually begins with #000014. If you ordered within seven days of the price reduction, you may be eligible for a cash refund.
2. Confirm if the size is still available
Check on our website if the size you bought is still available. Search for the model and color. If your size is still in the options, then you can ask for the return of the discounted amount.
3. Contact us through email
Write an e-mail to info@mag.nl. The subject should be “Fair Price Guarantee” and you should include your order number and the shoe for which you qualify for a refund. One of our colleagues will verify the information and refund your money as soon as possible.
